Webmaster / Pictures-

Pictures went well. It was suggested that they not be so close to Spring Break in the future. Photos should be available for pick up at the Mandatory Coaches Meeting in May.

A ‘tech’ committee is up and running. The Blog is great – very helpful.

Training –

• Spring training is up and going. All coaches should have received the schedule for use of Ackerman Sports Complex that was put together.

• We are looking into the possibility of adding Finishing Clinics along with our Goalie training. Not sure if it will be available this spring, but would like to add in the future. The Club could really benefit from it.

Equipment & Uniforms – Mary Kostolansky -

$900 worth of Spirit wear was sold at Picture Day.

Tournament -

• Director still needed for Tournament

• Brenden to register Tournament on US Soccer and IWSL websites

Tryout Committee – Kelly Swartz -

• Tryout times and dates are posted on website

• In an effort to promote Tryouts we will be hosting a Lakers Day during the House League games Saturday morning, May 15th. We will have a Lakers Tent and flyers to hand out. We will need team participation. Sign-ups will occur during our Coaches Meeting in May. It was suggested that we invite potential players to come watch a Laker game at their age level to see what we are all about.

• There was some discussion about the Tryout Make-up day. The committee will discuss at their April 19th meeting and get back to the Board.
